Summary - I have worked with the girls for just over a year now. When I first started working with this group of girls they were very new to football and hadn’t played any friendly games. Within the past year, the girls have grown and developed as players and individuals increasing their game knowledge and confidence. The girls have took part in various tournaments, friendlies and games.
For their development, I aim for the girls to be playing in a friendly tournament every second week with progress in near future will result to a game every week as the girls get older and grow as footballers. The girls currently play as an U8s team and we aim as a club to grow the girls section creating more age groups.
